Every movement came from
An inspired breath
Every word was an experience
From the worlds we live

I came to see
The raw inspirations
I received a reminder to be
Present for the moment

The raw thoughts and feelings
Shaped into presentations
The audience laughed and smirked
At the idiocy and flamboyance

Yet deep inside we know
We saw ourselves embedded
They protrayed the parts of us
Where we daren't speak of

I want to be in the raw
Bared naked within
To remember what once was
To become the one who is

Poem: Go Slow

Go slow because you need it.
Look before you jump.
When you don't, you rush
The process and not see
The truth.

Go slow because you wish to
Take time to breathe
When you forget, you get
The greatest anxiety and find
The chaos.

Go slow because you learn to
Observe the subconscious
When you go with the flow,
You take one step at a time and rediscover
The plan.
